Among other things, I'm working on a webpage for the studio in Turkey, so I've been getting back into HTML and CSS again. I just thought I'd share this article with anyone else who, does a lot of manual coding:
I'm back from Turkey, I'm back from the studio. The new year is here, and a list of tasks are asking to be done. After a period of construction and preparation, and with the studio fully operational (if a little sore on the eyes), my two guests arrived.
Today was the first day of works, the lumber was delivered, the carpenter arrived on time and fixed everything into place, everything ran smoothly... wait, I dreamt that.
No, what ACTUALLY happened was it rained through the night and the road became a stream. No driving to or from the farmhouse today (possibly even a few days).
Back to the drawing board, literally. The following is the latest draft of the control room:
So I went to the carpenters' workshop today, gave a set of instructions and he'll be around tomorrow to take some measurements.
I did some advertising design work in April, as a favour for my friend.
The company has requested a re-run of the same ad, but with some slight alterrations to the wording.
My friend asked if I had the originals by any chance.
That work was done in April.
